  • Before our session, I encourage you to take a few moments to set your intentions. What areas of your life are you seeking clarity on? What challenges, fears, or limitations are you currently facing? Getting clear on your focus will help you receive the most insightful and meaningful guidance.

    I recommend preparing a few key questions or topics in advance. The best questions typically begin with whywhat, or how, as they invite deeper wisdom. From my experience, the more specific your question, the more specific the answer. Likewise, broader questions tend to yield broader insights, so keep this in mind when preparing your questions.

    It's also important to note that I can only access your Akashic Records with your permission. By providing your full legal name, your Higher Self grants access to your records alone. While you may ask about others, questions that directly involve another person’s free will are generally not recommended, as your guides cannot accurately say what is best for another soul. However, you can inquire about your relationship with someone or how a situation involving them affects you.

  • All of my sessions are conducted over Zoom, so preparation is simple! Here’s how to set yourself up for the most relaxing and effective experience:

    Find a Comfortable Space – Choose a quiet, relaxing place where you can lie down comfortably and remain undisturbed. A bed, couch, or yoga mat works perfectly.

    Set the Mood – I will send you music to play during the session to enhance the healing experience. You may also want to dim the lights, light a candle, or use essential oils to create a calming atmosphere.

    Have Water Nearby – Staying hydrated supports the energetic shifts happening in your body.

    Be Open & Receptive – You don’t need to do anything during the session, just relax and allow the energy to flow. You may experience sensations, emotions, or even fall asleep (which is completely normal and beneficial!).

    Give Yourself Time Afterward – After the session, take a few moments to integrate the healing. You may feel lighter, more peaceful, or simply need some rest. Listen to your body and honor whatever it needs.

    That’s it! Simply show up, relax, and allow the energy to work its magic.

  • Energy healing experiences can vary widely from person to person. However, there are some common patterns I’ve noticed:

    • Falling Asleep During Healing – It’s very common to fall asleep during a session, and this is actually a good sign! It means your conscious mind is stepping aside so the healing can work directly on an energetic level, getting right to the root of what needs to be cleared or shifted.

    • Energetic Upgrades & Activations – When receiving energetic upgrades or activations, the experience is often peaceful, uplifting, or deeply relaxing. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or a gentle wave of calmness washing over them.

    • Clearing Heavy or Dense Energies – When releasing stagnant or dense energy, you might notice thoughts or emotions surfacing, a sense of mental processing, or even restlessness as your system releases. If you feel like your mind is racing or you can’t quite settle into a comfortable position, this is completely normal! It simply means the energy is actively moving and clearing. Trust the process and know that you’ll feel lighter and more balanced once the clearing has integrated.
